How do Zone ratings work for Bicycle Card Games(R)?
Every player starts with a rating of 1600 when they complete their first game in a Rated room. Games played in Standard rooms are unrated and never change your rating.

How are points calculated?
At equal ratings, a win awards 16 points and a loss deducts 16 points. Beating a higher-rated opponent earns up to 31–32 points; losing to a much higher-rated opponent costs as little as 1 point.

What is an Incomplete?
Disconnecting or leaving a rated game after it has started is recorded as an Incomplete. Completing three clean games without disconnecting removes one Incomplete from your record.
